Shipping & Returns

We ship across Canada via UPS with tracking. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, and arrive within 5–7 business days of your order.

Standard shipping — $10 CAD · Free on orders over $50 CAD.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it the whole way.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original condition, with all packaging and materials included.

To start a return, email hello@ondo-studio.com with your order number and reason. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving and approving your return.

If something arrives damaged or not as described, email hello@ondo-studio.com within 7 days. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
